Privacy notice

This site presents the Slotnook booking system. We handle only the data you enter in the contact form and, when you send it, your IP address.

Your name, e-mail address, subject (if you give one) and message: we use them to reply and to make you an offer. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (GDPR art. 6(1)(b)).

The site runs in a Hetzner data centre in the European Union, and e-mails are sent through an SMTP mail provider. The form's bot check (Cloudflare Turnstile) looks at browser data and your IP address; we also use the IP address to limit abuse. These providers access the data only to run the service.

We keep copies of the e-mails sent for at most 90 days, then delete them. We share them with nobody beyond the providers above.

You can ask for a copy of your data, its correction or deletion: write to hello@slotnook.ro. You may also lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (in Romania, the ANSPDCP).

The demos are separate sites with their own notice; enter only made-up data there.
